Investigating the Effect of Organizational Leadership on Organizational Agility with the Mediating Role of Organizational Learning (Case Study: In the Municipality of Khuzestan Province)

In today's increasingly competitive world, with everything undergoing change, in order to face new changes that are taking place in today's competitive world, organizations need to think fit for change and seek out potential opportunities. The main purpose of this research is to investigating the effect of organizational leadership on organizational agility with the mediating role of organizational learning in the municipality of khuzestan province. The statistical population of this study was 2800 employees of the municipality of Khuzestan province; using a simple random sampling method using Kerjci and Morgan tables, 338 of them were selected as samples. The method of the present study, based on the purpose is application and according to the method of data collection, is a descriptive research type, and in relation to the relationship between the research variables is causal and specifically based on the modeling of structural equations. In order to measure the variables of the research, a questionnaire and statistical analysis methods were used with spss and lisrel softwares. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire indicated that the research hypotheses were confirmed.
