Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to analyze the multiplicity of crimes and punishments from the perspective of the religions of Khamseh; Because the jurisprudence, in place of the theoretical discussion of public criminal law issues and the development of their personal theories, are more likely to be punished by sacred laws; Limit, retaliation, blood money, and sanctions have been paid. Punitive punishments are intrinsically distinct in the case of multiple offenses; they will be exempted from the discipline by the individual. Jurisprudence using the principles of jurisprudence Such as rules governing the multiplicity of causes and perpetrators In the case of a multiplicity of offenses, a penalty is imposed which limits the amount of punishment to the limit Or the punishment of offenses lead to a degree of different, objective nature, to limit the punishment Which, according to the nature of the sanctions imposed on the sacred purpose of the sacrament, demands that the jurisprudents of Islam demand such a claim. Although this approach may seem somewhat rigorous at first but if modern human science achieves the goals of these punishments Perhaps The use of these rules may prove to be beneficial.
