Effect of Professional Ethics on Organizational Productivity with Interpersonal Role of Job Conflict in Khuzestan Provincial Police Command

Abstract:
Background and Objectives
In today's competitive world, with productivity increasing in all areas, only organizations can stay the best of their resources, have the best performance and the most productivity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of professional ethics on organizational productivity with the role of conflict mediation.
Methodology
The present research is a causal applied research. The statistical population of this study is 2249 employees of Khuzestan Provincial Police Command. The sampling method is a stratified random sampling method using Cochran's formula, the sample size is 328 people. In this study, content validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, as well as structural equation modeling for data analysis. The reliability coefficient for the job conflict questionnaire was 0.86, the professional ethics questionnaire was 0.88 and for organizational productivity questionnaire 0.87. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data and the appropriateness of fitting the research variables was confirmed.
Findings
T-test showed that the values ​​obtained for all the paths were higher than 1.96. Therefore, there was a significant relationship between the research variables and the path coefficients indicated a positive relationship between the research variables. The variables of professional ethics and job conflict have a direct effect on organizational productivity. Also, professional ethics has a significant effect on organizational productivity indirectly and with the mediating role of job conflict.
Conclusion
Compliance with professional ethics will improve the efficiency of Khuzestan police command staff. Also, as business conflicts in the organization are reduced and there are less conflicts between employees of the organization, staffing abilities and productivity and organizational performance increase.
