The Competency Model in Order to Maintain the Staff of the Oil Companies that Covered by Article 44 of the Constitution
The main purpose of this research is to design and explain a model of competency in order to retain employees in privatized companies in a competitive environment.
The present research is a developmental and applied based on objective and is qualitative in terms of its nature. The society is marketing experts and human resources in the qualitative sector. Experts were identified by purposeful sampling and snowball techniques, which, according to the adequacy of the data, 20 experts have been interviewed. Data was analysed based on Grounded Theory.
The results show that the supportive atmosphere and attention to the learning organization are identified as casul conditions. The main phenomenon is individual characteristics.
internal and external factors as Intervener conditions, organizational culture and laws and regulations as context and the practices of human resource management and competent leaders and the skill of human resources as main strategies have been identified.
it should be noted that the questions of interviews and questionnaires are survey method; therefore, controlling all the variables by the researcher is not totally possible.
Practical Consequences: representing the solutions for companies with the purpose of improving the competencies of employees for maintaining them in privatization.
