Explaining the Process of Knowledge Management in Islamic Issues

Since the human sciences that come from the West, due to their cultural and religious contradictions, cannot meet the needs of Islamic society, paying attention to Islamic teachings in
the humanities, especially in management, is important. In this research, we have explained the process of knowledge management in the Islamic world. By approaching the verses of the Holy Q
ur'an and the hadiths, we are paying attention to the importance of the special place of knowledge management in Islamic teachings and ways of explaining it to the organizations. The research method is qualitative. The research attempts to explain the process of knowledge management in Islamic teachings and has been researching with an inter-religious approach.
Therefore, the method is descriptive-documentary. The results of the research showed that the purpose, essence, principles and process of knowledge management in Islamic schools are different from those that are commonly used in management, which results from the differentiation of intellectual system of Islamic management and current management in the West. In Islamicinsight, basically, knowledge is used in two ways: one is the appearance of theknowledge, and the other is the essence and reality of knowledge. Islamic teachings are the essence of the perfection and happiness of mankind as the essence and reality of knowledge.
