The relationship between Spirituality in Workplace with Organizational Health and principals Organizational Commitment of the High Schools of Ahvaz

Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this study was aware of The relationship between Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Health and Organizational Commitment of the High School Administrators of Ahwaz Educational administrate. The method of study was descriptive-correlation. The population were all High School Administrators of second term of Ahwaz Education in the second semester of the academic year 2017-2018 that using simple random sampling 155 person were selected. The data gathering tool were questionnaires of spirituality in the workplace of Milimin (2003), Organizational commitment of Allen and Meyer (1996) and School Organizational Health of Hoy and Feldman (1987). Data were analyzed using statistical tests pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that between Workplace Spirituality with Organizational Commitment and Organizational Health there was simple and multiple correlation of positive and significant (P< 0/01). Also Multiple regression analysis with stepwise method showed that of between predictor variables the components of meaningful work and alignment with the organizations values to have predictive power of Organizational Commitment, so that 0/52 of the total variance of Organizational Commitment was explained by this components. Also from between predictor variables, only components of alignment with the organizations values to have predictive power of Organizational Health, so that 0/31 of the total variance of Organizational Health was explained by this component.
