Developing strategies of passive defense in the economic war with the approach of providing basic needs of the people.

Global and regional trends as well as domestic conditions of Is-lamic Republic has benefited our national power and Was against west liberal democracy’s interests. Therefore in today’s world where social and economic crisis in west on one hand and Islamic awakening in strategic region of South-west Asia and north Africa on the other, has increased west’s concerns. USA and its western allies have triggered their last shot, a compli-cated sanctions regime, against Iran which is a combination of real sanctions and propaganda war. they were intended firstly to turn the people against the government and using propagan-da and psychological warfare accuse Iran of being irresponsible toward its own people therefore weakening people backing of the government, they intended to force our country to answer to their evil requests.
This is a descriptive and analytical research that is included SWOT methods conducted to formulate strategies to secure, store and distribute people’s basic needs in a form of resistive economy in order to counter enemies’ economic santions. Re-sults show that these strategies should include explaining ene-mies goals, encouraging public to back national honor, making the use of domestically produced goods a popular culture, mak-ing the development of agriculture industry a priority and in-vestment on strategic goods production, exchange reserve man-agement for people basic needs and purchasing essentially commodities and countering any kind of profiteering in order to meet nonexecutive defense approaches to this issues.
