Multifaceted monitoring the Endowment and Charity Affairs

Endowment, as an entity with an independent legal personality, to emerge, needs the involvement of the other persons. The most ralated person in charge of the trustee and administration of the Endowments, is the Endowment and Charity Organization. In the present article, because of the importance of the topic, there has been a general reference to the concept and supervision of the Endowment, and the reference to other basic terms related to endowment is skipped. This article mainly emphasizes the importance of overseeing this organization, and then examines the types of oversight applicable to the Organization of Endowment and Charity in the form of political, administrative and judicial oversight. In the next step, with the scientific and procedural view of each section, we checked the possibility to oversee the Organization of Endowment and Charity by each of them.
