The Role of Strategic Planning Dimensions on Organizational Productivity
The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between strategic planning and organizational productivity of Tehran's Municipality One. This research is applied based on purpose and descriptive-survey in nature and method. The population of the study consists of 58 experts in one district of Tehran municipality. In this study, due to the limited population, a questionnaire was distributed among all the population (ie 58 people) and the required information was collected. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used for data analysis and Smart PLS software was used. The results showed that the dimensions of strategic planning including human resources planning, coaching programs, measurement programs and strategic training programs have significant effect on organizational productivity. Also, measurement programs have the highest coefficient and strategic training programs have the least coefficient of impact.
