The Relationship between Information Literacy with Organizational Knowledge Creation in Graduate students
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Information literacy and Knowledge creation among students of Islamic Azad University of Bojnourd in the academic year 93-94.In terms of purpose, it was practical and in terms of method, it was a descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population consisted of all postgraduate and postgraduate students of Islamic Azad University of Bojnourd. The sample size was 302 MA and 44 PhD students according to Krejcie and Morgan table. Classes were selected according to size. The research instrument was Information Literacy Questionnaire of Davarpanah et al. (2006) and Knowledge creation of Nonako (1995). Its face and content validity and its reliability were estimated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.93 and 0.93 respectively and Pearson correlation coefficient. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between information literacy of students and creativity, and the significance of all variables except the ability to determine the extent and nature of information less than 0.05 had an effect on the organizational creativity variable.
