Attributive adjectives of God from the viewpoint of Ibn Taymiyyah and Deoband School

In this article, we will have a quick survey on Attributive adjectives of God from the viewpoint of Ibn Taymiyyah and Deoband School. Ibn Taymiyyah is on the belief that all the God's attributes is verbally and we must not interpret them. While, the Deoband School maintain that in all cases, we cannot say that the verbal meaning is intended. For example, they believe that we can convey the visibility of God in after word as literal just as Ibn Taymiyyah did, but we cannot interpret the hand, face and his sitting on the throne and we must interpret it anyway. Deoband School believe that God has no direction and place, just the opposite of Ibn Taymiyyah. In this article, it is tried to make a comparison between Ibn Taymiyyah and Deoband School.
