Investigating Different Methods of Detection and Identification of Contamination and Infection on Textiles in Bioterrorist Attacks
Bioterrorist attacks have a long background since long time ago and nowadays have been in the spitlight of medical and sanitation circles. Contamination agents of bioterrorism such as bacteria, virus and fungi can act as contamination agents. Moreover, they can be carried by textile or even be multiplied. Biological agents used in terrorist attacks have similar features though they are different. With the expansion of biological concept in different societies, traditional methods such as culture, biochemical detection and safety in emergency cases will not be capable. Therefore; in this article , various methods such as density and molecule spectrometer based on safety, chemical, physical and hybrid methods to detect bioterrorist attacks will be investigated. Recently, methods basef on DNA and RNA detection are advancing and have been known as golden standard to detect bioterrorism.
