The Delimitation of the Caspian Sea from the Perspective of Public International law
Currently, the most important issue in the Caspian Sea is its delimitation. This article briefly outlines the legal implications of the delimitation of the sea. The results showed that by neglecting the Staples (nondenial after confession) affirmed by the International Court of Justice, Iran could change its rapid and serious stance in the course of the dialogue resulting from the treaty to the negative consequences of some treaties.
