Presenting a Model for Enhancing the Position of IRAN Maritime Supply Chain with Focus on Sustainable Development Basics by Using Structural Equation Modeling.

Abstract:
The Aim of This Study is to achieve a Comprehensive and General Framework for Sustainable Development Namely, Sea Transport Which it's one of the Key Areas of the Country's Industry. The Mention Concentrates on Improving Communications and Coordination among Relevant Organizations in This Field. The Research written Based on a Descriptive Correlative Research Method.
The Sample Contains 350 Active Practitioners which all of Them Engaged in the industry. All of Them Selected According to a Random Stratified Sampling. Also in The Data Gathering We have used a Field – Librarian Method.
First, the Delphi Method has been used to examine the Framework for Sustainable Development and its Effective Components in the Mention Industry. In Addition, Required Information has been gathered by Other Survey Tools such as Observations, Interviews and Questionnaires. Also Structural Equation Technique, Path Analysis and LISREL Software Are Used to Analyze the Gathered Information.
Finally in This Industry, a Suitable Model for Explaining the Relationships Among Stakeholder Demands, Supply Chain Performance and Sustainable development has been presented so that we Can Declare the Demands and Requests Initiated of Stakeholders has Direct and Indirect Meaningful Relationships with Sustainable Development which its Due to the Role of Maritime Supply Chain Function.
