the background of doing this research is the increasing expansion of social networks threats and especially the non-moral conversations such as the indigenous values and the Islamic threatens the society.

this research has been applied in the way of applied and in the manner of a descriptive _ measure. The Statistical Society of research, communication and computer and rights in one of the universities is the number of 196 people and a group of experts with the number of 345 people who have been selected with a random sampling method of 226 people as a statistical society.

findings show that each of the component of social networks is affected by non- moral conversations that the role of justification of society in preventing this impact in the first priority; culture of the moral ethics of social networks Telegram and the social networks of social networks (Telegram) are in the second and third priorities of this influence. The results of research show that with the phenomenon of extreme use of social networks under the mobile phone, the cultural fight and the police and administrative clashes are not offered with this phenomenon. It seems that guidance and guidance will be useful using domestic messaging in this field. It is also suggested that by editing the laws of codified, by day and efficient to the done of the actions of monitoring on social networks with the approach of prevention of crimes by the Supreme Council of monitoring the virtual space and the indigenous of social networks with the use of the role and important elite and the social networks of the basic steps are removed in this field.
