The legal challenges of the police with the norm of moral misconduct Tourists of Mazandaran Province
The purpose of this study was to investigate the legal challenges of ethical security police in dealing with violators and offenses of touristic chastity in Mazandaran province.
The present study was applied in terms of type 2 and mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) using Delphi technique. The statistical population of this study is all elites and experts in the field of ethical security police in Mazandaran province. In the qualitative method, purposive sampling using theoretical snowball method was selected for theoretical saturation of the samples and simple probability sampling was used in the quantitative method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured in-depth qualitative interview and a quantitative questionnaire based on qualitative study. The results of the present study indicate that the legislator's discriminatory criminal policy is in the fight against the offenses of chastity, the police face legal challenges in the fight against these crimes. These challenges have prevented the active role of the moral security police, both before the crime and in the prevention and aftermath of the proceedings. In the meantime, some factors have led to an increase in tourism offenses in tourist cities due to the lack of supervision over residential and proximity to Tehran.
