The relationship between the ability to solve social problem based on emotional intelligence and social intelligence in police women.

Consideration of social problem solving and emotional intelligence and social intelligence is necessary because social problem solving can be affected by emotional intelligence and social intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social problem solving with emotional intelligence and social intelligence of police women.

The research population includes female police officers who are in service. The sample consisted of 110 Female police officers working in Tehran's police stations, the sampling method used was available.The tool used in the questionnaire of the D’Zurilla et al Social Problems Solving Questionnaire (2002) is the Shootte Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and the Trumsu Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire.

The results showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and solving the social problem of police women; there is also a significant relationship between social intelligence and social problem solving. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by mean and standard deviation in the descriptive statistics and multiple regression in the inferential statistics.

By increasing the problem of social problem solving in police women, emotional intelligence and social intelligence can be increased in them, It somehow increased the adaptability in their environment.
