Abstract:

Ilam womans’ social well-being and sense of Gender differences Ilam womans’ social well-being and sense of Gender differences Abstract Due to the considering of health and wellbeing in the society, Ilam womans’ social well-being and sense of Gender Inequality were analyzed in this study. The research method was survey based on a cross-sectional design and the required information was collected by distributing questionnaire among 597 womans in Ilam. Findings suggest that the participants had an high level of sense of Gender Inequality and average level of social well-being; Correlation between the social well-being and sense of Gender Inequality was reverse significant. Stepwise regression analysis showed that economic, social and low’ Inequality entered the equation through Three stages, and eventually explained almost 18 percent of the variation in the dependent variable of the social well-being.
