Investigating the effect of protection training on the conservation of employees of protection organizations (Case study of one of the protection organizations of Hamadan province in 1996 and 1997)
One of the most important and main components of protecting organizations’ employees is training, which can lead employees to self-protection so that each person feel a controlling, all-encompassing and strong factor within himself and be constantly guided to the proper performance of assigned tasks; therefore, the effectiveness of protective training in section and training courses, Through this awareness and safety warning, familiarity with job threats, familiarity with occupational vulnerabilities and protective fails to protect employees of protection organizations are examined and tested in this research.
This research was descriptive-analytical with a survey approach. The statistical population of the research all managers of one of the protection organizations in Hamedan province was determined and the sample size of 92 people has been selected with all-way method and data collection tools, questionnaire has implemented which by using of SPSS software has been analyzed.
The results showed that the effect of protective training in conservation of employees by training in different training periods, awareness and warning, get acquainted with job threats, protection rules and description of protection fails according respondents it is 4.08 and above the theoretical average (3). Therefore, it can be said that the level of impact of protection training on the conservation of conservation organizations’ employees from viewpoint of respondents has a high impact and shows a very high condition.
