Designing the Motivational Model of NAJA Personnel (Case study: NAJA Research Departments Personnel)
The present article tried to design the motivational model of NAJA personnel. This study is an applied research and utilized survey techniques.. Study sample and population included 181 Naja personnel from Research Departments and 30 elites of this organization. It used a Purposive and snowball sampling. For data analysis, descriptive statistics were used. Priority and the weight of the index have been determined by AHP method.. The results provided a motivational model of NAJA personnel.
