Relationship between Human Resource Functions and Job Classification Effective in Reducing Organizational Costs

Abstract:
this research aims to explain the functions of human resources based on economic model of "North Hawug", and "Charles Perrow" technology. This research has a main hypothesis as "the relationship between human resource functions in jobs on reducing organizational costs and it is a descriptive and applied research. Sampling method was simple random sampling, its population was the Department of Planning and Budget of Police (NAJA), and Police Comptroller's Office Tax Administration (100 subjects) and the sample size has been determined 90using Cochran's formula. The results of testing hypotheses show that measurability and analysis ability of jobs and variability and analysis ability of job duties in the police office determines the type of reward, planning, control and education. By determining the type of human resources’ functions based on hypotheses testing, following results are obtained and proposed: 1. In repetitive jobs, the type of reward is limited to wages, short-term planning, the type of external control and in-service training. 2. In non-repetitive jobs, the types of rewards is in excess of the wages, long-term planning, internal control and formal training. 3. In engineering jobs, the type of reward is limited to wages, short-term planning, external control and in-service training. 4. In artistic Jobs, the type of rewards is done in excess of the wages, long term planning, internal control and long-term training.
