A survey and analysis of Naja employees social well-being(case study:Tehran metropolitan police employees)
The concept of social well-being focused on social aspect of health with physical and psychological aspects in individual level.The aim of this study is to analyze social well-being in Tehran police commander employees so keyes and Shapiro(2004)model of social well-benig were used to building theoretical framework and hypothesis.Research method is correlation analysis and survey data is collected by structural interviews with 360 police commander employees were participated by multi stage cluster sampling.Data Collection means were Keyes and Shapiro(2004)standardized questionnaire for social well-being,researchers scale to measure organizational social well being,participation in social associations,religious beliefs and demographic characteristics.Results indicated that mean of general and organizational social well-being is middle desire(80/57,72/23 from 100 scale)there is no difference between male and female employees in general and organizational social health mean and marriaged employees have better means than singles. Multiple regression analysis show that R square =0/175 and the 17/5 percent of genaral-organizational social well-being were predicted by independent variables.The most important predictor of genaral-organizational social well-being was SES.
