Ideologically, materialism, the unnoticeable impact of post-modernist ideas, and positivism are trying to win over academic culture. It is related to the system of semantics promoted by the system of domination on the one hand, and the attitudes of elites, planners and professors on the other hand. The scientism and commitment to Western sources and professors' ignorance of the philosophical foundations of Islam, and religious theories, and the perception of the separation of religion from science, despite commitment to both, foment this issue. Some misguided policies on academic culture have caused of this trend. It is necessary to pay attention to the diffusion of nonindigenous culture and preventing it, logical connection between science and religion, foresight, promoting accountability, correcting incorrect laws, recognizing the needs of society and the relationship between industry and knowledge, excellence and trying to include cultural needs, and shortcomings of academic culture.
