Designing a model of optimal organizational behaviorof the law enforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iranbased on the measures and orders of Imam Khamenei (the Supreme Court)

The police mission requires it to be at the heart of people’s lives. Themission of the police force and the constant and continuous communicationof its employees with different segments of the people havespecial subtleties and sensitivities, and it is important from different aspectsand dimensions. These characteristics have led by the Supreme Leader.In his statements to the commanders of the police force, he said that theyshould be reminded of the importance of this connection and consider it asone of the distinguishing features of the police force from other agencies.Ibn Pajuhesh (institute) has been written with the aim of achieving the desiredorganizational behavior pattern of the law enforcement force of the IslamicRepublic of Iran based on the orders and measures of Imam Khamenei.The present study is applied, developmental in terms of purpose and has beenmixed and described in a descriptive, analytical, correlational and case-by-casemanner. The statistical population includes the text of all statements, sermons,letters, rulings, measures and orders of Imam Khamenei until 2016 and theuse of experts with the foreseen conditions that 70 people have been counted.The results of the research show that this model has three dimensions andtwelve components and 78 indicators
