Abstract:
Background and Objectives

In recent years, as modern communication media has developed, human societies have faced social phenomena in the context of their social communications, which have become a source of information in the field of communication. One of the consequences of this kind of information is to provide mass movements and create social crises. These networks create or exacerbate social crises by using their ability to exchange information and actions, such as the transfer of specific subjects and gossip to the public while guiding public opinion. Therefore, this research aims to explain the role of informing mobile-based social networks in social crises.

Methodology

The present research is applied in terms of purpose and nature, and is a survey in terms of its implementation method.

Findings and Conclusion

The results of the study show that "the speed of information transmission by the perturbing agents" has a 40.4 average of the most important role in the communication of mobile-based social networks in the creation of social crises.
