“Specifying the monitoring in intelligence organizations with emphasizing at The Supreme Commander of all forces’ guidelines, his pieces of devisal and commandments”(Single Study: Intelligence and Public Security Police)
The intelligence organizations need more precise monitoring according to their range of authorities and different accesses in their missions. Since the armed forces’ intelligence organizations are in direct allegiance of Supreme Commander of all Forces, his Great Excellency accepted the responsibility of their functions in contrast with other political, economical, social and… organizations and centers. The indexes of controlling and the amount of being assured of accuracy of orientations and the employees and organizations’ function, are such issues which the Supreme Commander of all forces has stated clear and accurate commandments in this regard. The researcher has an anxiety of specifying these characteristics and individual and organizational Do(es) and Don’t(s) of employees and intelligence organizations, so he has studied them in this research. This is an applied research which has been done in descriptive-analytic method. That is, after studying the Supreme Commander of all forces’ commandments and his pieces of devisal and acquiring the indexes and also interviewing with related theorists through statistical society ( the intelligence and public security police’s employees and analysts) that 100 people, were selected purposefully, have been questioned and then analyzed through statistical methods (descriptive & inferential).The findings of the research show that three important indexes about Do(es) of monitoring respectively are: 1-Watching the organization permanently, for more correctly controlling ; 2- precisely and formally monitoring; 3- fastness with accuracy together.And also three indexes which suitable actions should be done about improvement of their situations are: 1-Controlling with the approach of preventing the corruption, offence and fault; 2- Protecting the offensive people; 3- Using the monitoring tools properly.Three important indexes about Don’ts of monitoring are: 1-Avoiding the flaccidity and default; 2-Not offending the people; 3- Avoiding the anger and outrage.And also three indexes which suitable actions should be done about improvement of their situations are: 1-Avoiding the friendship and hatred; 2- Avoiding haste and temptation; 3- Not being distrusted. Three main point about the characteristics of supervisors, respectively are: 1-Having moderation and being meant; 2-Having sincerity and virtue; 3- Judging without partiality.And also three indexes which suitable actions should be done about improvement of their situations are: 1-Consuming enough time for monitoring; 2- preciseness and ability of understanding the conditions; 3-The necessity of competence of protective representatives.
