The nature of medieval political thought, concerning Christian philosophy

One of the most significant current discussion in medieval studies is to elaborate the nature of Medieval political thought. It provides a deep understanding of intellectual developments in politics during the Middle Ages. The major objective of this paper is to show that Medieval political thought have had a crucial relationship with political concepts in the Bible. The assumption is that the Bible was an important treasure during translating the political texts into Latin. Translators and political thinkers found some potentialities in the Bible, and utilized the words corresponded with political implications. So it put political thought under the authority of comprehensive doctrines of Christianity, and shaped the main characteristic Medieval political thought.
