Modeling of Human Resource Development Strategies in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Chemical Companies Based in Ahwaz Industrial Towns

Abstract:

The present paper is designed to identify and present a model of human resource development strategies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in chemical companies based in Ahwaz industrial towns. This study was conducted using a mixed research method and triangular data collection method, namely, corporate documents analysis, questionnaire and semi-open interview. The quantitative part was extracted using two questionnaires: "Entrepreneurial Innovation" and "Teaching and Organizational Learning (Training)" and in the qualitative part the human resource development paradigm paradigm data was extracted in chemical companies. The results showed that the average of entrepreneurial innovation was 3 out of 5 and the mean of organizational learning teaching (education) was 3 out of 5. Also, causal factors, contextual conditions, confounding conditions, human resource development strategies and consequences of teaching and learning (organizational) strategies in the chemical companies were identified.
