The effect of emotional intelligence on Function of sport managers
The concept of emotional intelligence is now related to the philosophy of the organization who wants to improve their performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the Function of sport managers. The study was a descriptive - correlation is applied research. The population in this study included a total of 74 people were sport managers. Due to limited sample population was defined as census. Library and field methods for collecting data from questionnaires were used in this study the standard questionnaire of emotional intelligence and job performance Schering was used. Content validity and reliability tested in this study was 88/0. Results of statistical analysis, and Kolmogorov - Smirnov, Pearson test; independent t-test was used. Results show that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and job management, from among the components of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-motivation and social consciousness there is a significant relationship between performance and with components of self-regulation and social skills did not show a significant relationship. The results of this study showed no significant difference between the two averages men and women in emotional intelligence and job management does not exist. Finally managers and employees are offered courses with service to strengthen this part of his mind to efficiency and its performance in sport organizations to promote itself.
