The Investigation of Role of Learning Organization in the Managers’ Knowledge Management in Boys’ High Schools in Amol City
The present research was to investigate the role of learning organization in the managers’ knowledge management in boys’ high schools in AmolCity. The method of research is descriptive and survey type. The method of data collection was field study and library which was done by administering a researcher-made questionnaire. The instrument consisted of 30 items and its reliability was calculated applying Cronbach’s Alpha method which proved to be 0.89 for learning organization questionnaire and 0.97 for managers’ knowledge management. The research sample consisted of 493 subjects out of which 217 subjects were randomly chosen through using Morgan’s Table. The extracted data were analyzed applying descriptive and inferential statistics (Multiple Regression). The results of the study showed that there was a meaningful relationship between the learning organization and the high school managers’ knowledge management regarding the components of personal skills, mental patterns, shared perspectives, group learning, and systematic thinking with the ideal situation in all five principles of the Sangeh Theory.
