Predict Organizational Vocation Based on Political Behavior and Perceived Organizational Support of Sport and Youth Departments of Region 3 Provinces
The purpose of this research was to predict organizational vocation based on political behavior and Perceived Organizational Support. This research is a surveying, descriptive-correlative method. The target community of the present research is all employees of sport and youth departments of Region 3 provinces. The total number of employees in these offices was 1236. Using random sampling, 297 individuals were selected as samples. The instrument for measuring the research was organizational vocation questionnaire (Hames, 2012), political behavior questionnaire (Kasmar&Carlsen, 1997) and Organizational Support questionnaire (Eisenberger, et al., 2004). Data were analyzed using regression and using SPSS software version 22.The results of this study showed that the variables of political behavior and Perceived Organizational Support are a good predictor for the organizational vocation of the employees of the educational institutions. Managers to create organizational vocation affected by inadequate political behavior and Perceived Organizational Support ensure that employees express constructive criticism without fear of direct retaliation, and by creating a sense of purpose in working And creating an environment of trust and confidence, helping to create organizational vocation and freely offer constructive suggestions for the development of the Sports and Youth Administration
