Legal jurisprudential study of the punishment of the false claimant of Mahdism
During the absence of Imam Zaman (Peace be upon him), Some swindlers have always falsely claimed the Mahdism by abusing the faith and beliefs of the Shiites with the aim of Acquiring social status or Acquiring wealth, And they seduce and gather around them a number of Shiites unaware of the truth and Honest. And Nowadays This abnormal phenomenon occurs once in a while happens in Shiite communities and it occupies people's minds. The point is that, from a jurisprudential and legal point of view, What is the punishment for such people who, by claiming the Imamate, abuses of the faith and beliefs of the Shiites and they divert them from the right path? Is it possible to order the apostasy of such people? And as a result, convicted them to apostasy? According to this descriptive-analytical study, only Denying an essential religion leads to apostasy. but the Denying an essential sect- despite the opinion of some jurists - does not lead to apostasy, but it simply causes a person to turn away from sect. However, according to some traditions, the denial of the Imamate of The righteous Imam or the false claim of Imamate, if it is based on Denial with knowledge, is - not out of apostasy punishable by death if one does not repent -If he or she does not repent. Also , if such a person causes other crimes and anomalies in the society by his actions and behavior, It can be punished for corruption on earth or similar titles.
