Comparison of the interpretive thought of Nasir al-Din Tusiand Mullah Sadra Shirazi
In this article, while considering the most important features of the interpretive thought of Nasir al-Din Tusi and Mullah Sadra Shirazi, the two ideas have been compared. And by mentioning some interpretive examples of the works of those two scientists, the commonalities and differences between these two interpretive theories were pointed out. The general structure of Nasir al-Din Tusi's interpretive theory is based on theological interpretation and esoteric-intellectual interpretation and is based on allegory. However, the general structure of Mulla Sadra's theory is based on intuitive interpretation and esoteric-rational interpretation and is based on interpretation-discount theory. The esoteric interpretive thoughts of Nasir al-Din al-Tusi are concentrated in the books of Rawza al-Taslim and his Aghaz and Anjam. But Mulla Sadra's interpretive thought is present in all his works and basically he has used interpretation as a method. To the extent that all his analyses are based on his interpretations. The research method is descriptive-analytical and its purpose is to study the most important features of the interpretive thinking of two influential philosophers of the Islamic world which can have important epistemological and social effects.
