Evolutionlogy of Educational Management Science in Iran

Abstract:
The parer is the report of a research on the evolutionlogy of educational management science in Iran. The approach of this research was historical and interpretive evolutionlogy, by the criterion of semantic sufficiency. The research community was all the books indexed in the National Library of Iran during the last century with the main and direct keywords of educational management, educational leadership and school management. After four stages of targeted screening, 26 authored and translated books were separated as a research sample. Then, according to the tradition of historical evolutionlogy, after reading and taking notes from sample books and critically categorizing and analyzing the data, the main trends were inferred. Also, in consultation with experts, these inferential trends were regularly validated. The results of this research showed that the evolutionary courses of educational management science in Iran, can be divided into six periods: "emergence, instability, conscious extraversion, extreme tendency to managerialism, stagnation and repetition, and revision and enrichment."
