Social Networks Scale Standardization for People Who Contribute to Making Sports Programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting
Successful communications have become a top priority around the world. The purpose of this study was to develop a standard tool in social networks. The review of history and the theoretical basics suggest that several factors have impact on social networks, but no credible tools have been designed to reveal social networks. After studying the theoretical basics and previous literature, identifying various factors and interviewing with 17 media and social networks experts, 21-item toolkit was prepared. Also, this "social networks" scale is filled out by a random selection of 211 experts. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questions. Structural validity and analysis were performed by SPSS 22 software. Questionnaire was analyzed in terms of exploratory, reliability and validity factors under the informing, trust, diversity and broadness factors. Finally, it was found that this tool had appropriate validity and reliability and desirable psychometric characteristics. This tool has been standardized for the people who contribute to making sports programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and it is recommended that this tool should be customized to be applied in other communities.
