Abstract:

Community-oriented or environmental prevention emphasizes the community environment - in general and unlimited to the individual or specific individuals - and includes social, economic, cultural, etc. preventive measures in relation to the environments in which the individual Lives and works, acts. This prevention is trying to affect the environment by taking appropriate measures and measures to eliminate it by reducing criminal factors, and on the one hand by identifying environmental factors affecting delinquency and on the other hand, by taking actions related to structures. And social institutions seek to socialize individuals. It can be said that the cause of some crimes is a group of individual rights that cause injustice at the economic, social and cultural levels to citizens and some of the perpetrators fall victim to the lack of basic rights in society. In these cases, the goals of social prevention can be achieved by securing economic, social and cultural rights. In this descriptive-analytical study, we will try to examine the position of economic and social rights in crime prevention.
