In today's competitive world, companies seek to gain a competitive advantage and high performance. Supply chain operations are also looking for the most optimal situation. The main purpose of this research is investigating the effect of supply chain management operations on the competitive advantage and performance of Mammout Company.

The method is field research .A questionnaire was used to collect data The statistical population of this study consists of managers and experts familiar with the supply chain management system The sampling method is simple random research The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha method and its validity was evaluated by face and convergent method (confirmatory factor analysis method) Finally, SMART PLS software was used for multivariate analysis
