Turkey's foreign policy towards terrorist groups in Syria And its impact on the military security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Turkey's foreign policy towards extremist groups in Syria is neutral, mediated and supported by extremist groups, and these policies have a negative impact on Iran's military security. The research is applied and has been done by descriptive and case study method. According to the results of the analysis of documents and research questionnaire, Turkey's foreign policy towards extremist groups in Syria at the beginning of the crisis was a policy of neutrality, then Turkey changed its policy to mediation between the government and extremist groups. Is; Finally, Turkey has turned to the policy of supporting the Tarshish groups. The effect of this policy, which has been: changing the balance of regional forces to the detriment of Iran, the emergence and strengthening of anti-Iranian extremist groups, increasing ethnic threats in Iran, increasing sectarianism in the region, increasing border threats, weakening axis Resistance in the region, the formation of a pattern of conflict in the region, the increasing presence of supra-regional powers in the region, have a negative impact on the military security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The main hypothesis of the research has been tested and confirmed.
