Design of Disaster Distribution Routing Model under the Vehicle Disruption by Considering Reliability and Uncertainty
Today presentation an appropriate scientific system for disaster management logistic is essential to reduce physical injuries and financial damages. Therefore, in this paper, a multi-objective mathematical model has been designed for a multi depot multi-mode heterogeneous vehicle routing problem in order to distribute relief commodities. To accelerate the relief operation, affected points were be clustered by ANFIS structure and then prioritizing the points of clusters by affecting factors on the route reliability using of a permanent matrix. As well as, we consider the possibility of damage to the vehicle (disruption) and increasing unmet demand and fuzzy demand. Finally, the proposed mathematical model solved using the augmented ε-constraint and the results presented
