Documentation of the experiences of Islamic Managers in Human Resource Education
The development of Islamic management knowledge can be achieved through different windows and what has been followed by most of the researchers of this field as yet, is referring to religious texts. But another method of developing this knowledge is documentation of the experiences of Islamic manager. This method can be considered as an effective and fruitful way for creating effectual domestic solutions of managerial problems according to Islamic principles.
This research is a qualitative research and its method is thematic analysis. Data gathering method of this research was semi-structured interviews with Islamic managers who were selected through reputational case sampling and snowball sampling methods and continued until theoretical saturation.
The output of thematic analysis of 9 interviews was 186 descriptive codes, 73 interpretive codes (in 2 levels) and 6 overarching themes including “education attitude”, ”education ethics”, ”education strategies”, ”education courses of actions”, ”education dimensions” and ”education goals”.
From a systematic approach, in the proposed model of this research, education attitude and education ethics are the “inputs of the educational system”; education strategies and education courses of actions affect the education dimensions in the “process of education” and consequently the education goals are achieved as the “outputs of the educational system”.
