The Realization Methods and Implementation Approaches of the Educational System in Shahid Sattari Air Force University: a Research-Oriented Approach

The main objective of the research is to determine the realization methods and implementation approaches of the educational system in Shahid Sattari Air Force University having a research-oriented view in mind. In order to collect information, a five- scale Likert questionnaire was designed to assess the academic situation of the university in the four-dimensional research-oriented model. The statistical population of the research comprised of all teachers and junior students of Shahid Sattari University, among which 334 people were selected using random sampling method. The results of the research suggested that the current educational system of Shahid Sattari University is one of educational-oriented, and is far from the ideal model.
