Evaluating the implementation of OMID courses on improving the spiritual health of female applicants for divorce
The purpose of the research is evaluating the effectiveness of attendance in the skill management and behavior knowledge (OMID) course on improving spiritual health. The statistical population of this study included female applicants for divorce, who were randomly selected to select 40 of them. They were tested by spirituality and lifestyle questionnaires. Each group was divided into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group was trained in 8 sessions of three hours, but the control group did not receive any training. The results of the analysis of data by Manco showed that the method of OMID has been effective in improving lifestyle and spiritual well-being of subjects. It seems that this method can be used to increase the improvement of spiritual health and lifestyle as a completely independent method.
