Social commitment of contemporary poets with a social reform approach (Case Study: Social Poems of Mehdi Akhavan-Sales)
One of the factors that affect the behavior of a society is the culture that dominates the people of that society. Contemporary poets have made the most of this social capacity and in most cases, commitment to social and cultural issues put human beings at the forefront of their themes. History witnesses poets who value the social and cultural concepts of their society and always try to present a more realistic image in order to solve the problems of society. One of the most prominent poets who move in this space is Mehdi Akhavan Sales.The social conditions in which the Brotherhood lived Given the intellectual and ideological backgrounds of the 1930s and 1940s, had pure views on dealing with existing social issues to the extent that, according to many young intellectuals and artists of the time, the Brotherhood's poems took a fresh look They came from life. The present study aims to discover the examples arising from these views with a descriptive-analytical approach to the study of the Brotherhood poetry.
