Abstract:

Water is one of the main elements in the formation of the garden, the way of its presence and movement has a special system and in different types of Iranian garden, it takes different forms. present study was conducted to explain the behavior of water in the formation of Birjand horticultural system based on quantitative modeling.

Method

study was purpose and deductive in terms of the method used and its strategy. the statistical population of the study consisted of 247 people, including members of committees and experts in the field of architecture, of which 150 members of committees and experts in the field of architecture using Morgan and Georgian table as the sample size was selected. And were studied. Data collection tools were also researcher-made questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Spss software version 25 and KMO test.

Results

The results of data analysis showed that not only water is important in the view of architects in Birjand horticultural system, but also water (in terms of process, functional and environmental dimensions) can make the audience rise and mobilize psychological pleasure in Force the gardening system (P <0.05). Conclusions and Suggestions: According to the obtained results, it is suggested that organizations such as municipality, cultural heritage, etc. to revive the identity of traditional and original Iranian architecture for the next generation in the design of urban parks, tourist complexes and tourism, Design of spatial elements and squares Use the spatial patterns obtained in this research along with other researches.
