Expansion of export-oriented agricultural value chains in line with global developments based on resistance economy policies

Abstract:

Developing and strengthening agricultural value chains for domestic and foreign markets can be a powerful tool to alleviate poverty and tackle the challenge of food security and resilience in times of crisis and shock, especially in developing countries. Consider development now and help implement resilient and extroversion-based resistance economy policies that neglect to reduce investment and job loss. In this regard, the research objectives identify the internal-external factors in the value chain of tea products and provided strategies for organizing and sustaining this product for the production prosperity;Because this issue is very important in terms of achieving the macro policies of the system and the economic, social, environmental, competitive and security objectives.Therefore, the research is an applied and analytical survey in which qualitative approach is used.First, an overview of the research background is done and using a comparative analytical approach, the tea value chains of the top countries were comparisioned, then, to gather data from tea industry experts, at first, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were identified by using brain storming and in order to aggregate internal and external factors, polling forms were distributed among the experts.After collecting data, 12 strengthes, 24 weaknesses, 21 opportunities and 24 threats were combined;It was found that the tea status in Iran is far from desirable position and in line with the prosperity of
