Production Schedule of Flexible Geographical Workshop - Possible Stable Areas Using the Mathematical Model of the Integrated Transformational Algorithm
In this paper, the production schedule of workshop work in the conditions where the operations have probable times has been studied. A mathematical model with a solution procedure has been proposed to determine the scheduling of workshop production systems with the aim of eliminating these weaknesses and considering possible production conditions as well as reducing multiple production costs. To obtain a suitable answer in a justifiable time, an integrated solution procedure based on the neural network model to generate the initial justified answer and the Annealing Simulated algorithm to improve the performance and quality of the initial answer and to create the optimal / near-optimal solution are presented. To evaluate this method, several different workshop production scheduling problems have been solved and the obtained answers have been compared with Lingo software as a low limit. The computational results of the two methods show the proper performance of the proposed algorithm under conditions where the value of input parameters increases or in other words is a big problem. In order to increase the flexibility in applying the above algorithm in real industry conditions, probabilistic numbers based on three normal / uniform distributions and exponential of processing time are generated randomly. At the same time, the above model is programmed by lingo6 software. Finally, the comparison of the results obtained by solving the sample examples shows effective improvements in the answers obtained from the innovative method
