The Effectiveness of Positivity Skills Training on Improving Extramarital Relationships by Emphasizing the Mediating Role of Attachment Styles
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of positivity skills training on improving extramarital relationships by emphasizing the mediating role of emotional attachment styles in married students of Zahedan University.
The research method in this research was quasi-experimental method and data collection tool in this research was five standard questionnaires. The data analysis tools in this study are SPSS and AMOS statistical software. Due to the nature and method of writing the hypotheses of this study, the combined covariance test or repeated measures (GLMRM) for the effectiveness of the mentioned skills and hidden variable regression models to evaluate the mediation effect. Has been used. The statistical population of this study includes married students of Zahedan University. The sample size in this study is equal to 40 people who are divided into two groups (one control and one experimental group of 20 people). The sampling method was simple random sampling.
According to the findings of this study, positivity skills training is effective in improving extramarital relationships, attachment styles and attachment style variables have a minor mediating role in the relationship between positive thinking skills and extramarital relationships.
