Effect of income on women's quality of life (case study of female employees in Zanjan University)

Women's quality of life is one of the important and effective factors in promoting women's social interactions. This is especially important in Panhandan women's corps in the field of academic studies that is considered in the present study, because in creating and maintaining mental health and ability to deal with everyday problems of life, creating healthy relationships with others and having a purposeful life role has it. The present study aims to provide recommendations and strategies to planners and managers by examining the impact of income on women's quality of life (case study of female employees of Zanjan University). This study was performed using a quality of life questionnaire. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software and multiple regression correlation test. Also descriptive and analytical method was used during the period of 1966-97. The statistical population of this research includes all female employees of Zanjan University, which is 150 people. To determine the size of the sample size, the Cochran formula has been used and 100 people have been investigated. The results showed that the higher the level of female income in the family, the level of quality of life also increases.
