Comparative Analysis of tourisms activitiesIn Districts 1 and 20 of Tehran

The Metropolitan of Tehran is situated in the North of the Country. This city extends  in the south of  the Alborz  Mountain range, with an altitude  that varies from 1050 m ( in the southern area) to 2000 m ( in the highest Points of  Northern area ) above sea level.
According to the different diversity of the environmental, in recent years Tehran has developed as a touristic Center. This city is considered  as a multi dimensional city ( political, economic and   historical city). This paper attempts To describe the different  spatial of  regions,then have traded  to Compare two different districts of city (1 and 20 districts) Presenting  the  negative  and  positive aspects of  their touristic potentials  is  The other aim of  this  paper. The methods used in this study are based on descriptive – analytic. According to the approach of  this  research that based on Sustainable urban development, with using Cochran formula 130 person from 1 region and also 130 person from 20  region  of Tehran as sample selected. Findings indicate that region 20 due to historical and religious potentials is a religious touristic site and region 1 based on beautiful environment is a Nature - based site.
