Assessing the Livability of the Central Business Distric of Metropolises from the Perspective of Residents (Case study: Tabriz Metropolis)

This study has been compiled with the aim of assessing the viability of 8 neighborhoods in the central part of Tabriz metropolis from the perspective of citizens. The present study is available in terms of applied purpose and descriptive-analytical method. The information required is based on careful library studies (use of documents) in order to build a theoretical location and a framework for the chemical method for the survey technique (direct observation, closed questionnaire and open interview). In this review for experiments and data analysis of inferential methods; One-sample t-test of ANOVA, Scheffe's test was used. Based on the findings of t-test, the general environmental index of the central city of Tabriz in 8 neighborhoods with 3.29 and t-statistic of 3.182 - is below the average of the theory or the best numerical test (3.5). And in general there is a visible acceptance from the perspective of residents. But in the midst of the situation, Abadad said that the dimensions have access (4.07) and the environment (3.55) had possible acceptance conditions. Also, from the residents' point of view, economic (2.66), physical (2.79) and socio-cultural (3.38) dimensions had the weakest environmental status. Also, the results of Scheffe post hoc test show that the living conditions are not the same and there is a significant difference in the area.
